1. How early should I arrive?

Allow ample time for traffic, parking delays, and entrance to the venue. Once you arrive, you may want to take your child to the restroom in order to be seated and ready by show time.  For more information, visit http://eventmania.co/sesamestreetlive/date.html.

2. How long is the show?

Each show is 90 minutes with a 15 to 20 minutes intermission.

3. When will the gates be open?

The gates will be open 30 minutes before the show.

4. Will there be merchandise sold at the show?

Yes, we offer Sesame Street Live souvenirs for sale in our merchandise area (See more information here). Products range from Sesame Street Live-branded character plush that children enjoy as a remembrance long after the show is over.

5. Can we take pictures with Muppets in the show?

No but you can get your photo taken with one of the Muppet characters at the photo area for a fee (See more information here).  However, book early as we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment in your child’s life!  Photography (mobile or camera)/videotaping are strictly prohibited during the show and you may be asked to take it out of the performance space.

The organzation of this event is absolutely pathetic, as usual with most events in Kuwait. Once you arrive, you will find lots of snacks and things to nibble on sale at the door. After buying your snacks for your kids, you walk through to the event and are promptly stopped at the door and told you cannot bring in food and drinks to the event! Wow talk about slap on the hand. Once you either return your items for a refund or dump them (never mind the starving in the world) you go through and find your seat, if you have paid 60kd for your VIP ticket, you will have a neck ache after the show.
I would also like to mention and bring to the attention of the Baladia the fact that there was only 1 small door as an emergency exit. God forbid there was an accident, it would definitely end in tragedy.
The show does not start on time, is good though.
Kuwait definetly continues to disappoint me in the organization of events or lack of…maybe go on a few trips to Dubai for some tips, until then I will not hold my breath.

      Dear Aysha…

Thanks for your valuable comments… We tried our best to make it a pleasurable event for all… There are always hurdles along the way, and we learn from this and hopefully the next show will have less hiccups.

Thanks again and hope to see you at Abracadabra 2.
